Terms of Services
This commission batch production starts at November 2025~!
INQUIRIES ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!
My usual workaround timeframe is 3-4 MONTHS depending on my volume of commissions.
Custom Plushie slots are limited. I will have to refuse a comm if slots are full.
I require at least 80% down payment for all commissions.
Rush commissions are discouraged but not unwelcome. Rush Fees will be charged accordingly. Note that the nearer the deadline the higher the rush fee.
Please note that my works are ALL HANDMADE. Kindly manage your expectations π
If I deem your commission impossible within my skill level, I will be refusing it.
Please make sure your DMs are not private so I can message you. If you fail to respond after at least 3 days upon my message, your slot will automatically be CANCELLED.
Once your commission is confirmed please note that in any case or situation you might get into, you can cancel but strictly NO refund if you already have given your downpayment.
Payment and Shipping Form link will be given after commission slot is approved.
Overseas payments are through WISE only. I don't have a PayPal.
Shipping rates are dependent on the location (country) as well as the size of the packaging for the plushie you are going to commission (applies to both local and overseas).
Overseas shipping fee starts at $60 via DHL, this is subject to increase or decrease depending on your country. This is my only international courier.
Shipping via DHL will take 5-7 days minimum to arrive once shipped.
After I ship them to courier, I will provide you with necessary tracking numbers for you to monitor them.
I sadly wont be responsible and liable to any expenses that might be charged for any possible damage or loss in transit made by the courier.

NUI COMMISSIONS

Indicate the name and series your character is from. Please prepare your photo references.
You have to provide your own reference sheet design for your nui (front, side, & back)
Kindly provide layouts for your nui in PNG format / no BG (samples will be shown via DM)
If you cannot provide art layouts for your nui that's okay I can commission an artist friend @N10N to make a face layout (additional charges applies)
I don't make Nui Clothes because making clothes are not my strongest skill. All nuis will be made naked unless you want to avail a printed nui.

β ALL PRINTED NUI - Starts at 3,500php / $75usd for a 10cm nui (fabric print, sewing labor and overall making of the nui itself)
π HYBRID NUI - Starts at 3,900php / $80usd for a 10cm nui (Head is regular nui sewn from scratch with embroidered face but body is all printed)β₯ You will have to provide your own nui layout for fabric printing
β₯ For 10cm nui size only - kindly provide an A4 size layout as this is the standard print size from the shop that offers fabric printing service, I can give an example layout for it via DM)
β₯ I don't have an example layout for 15cm/20cm but feel free to provide it if you're able to I am most willing to accomodate any size of the nui request!
